After you have preordered your giftset, please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to arrive (usually faster but up to 4 weeks).

Orders which have items in stock and preordered items will be couriered within 3 - 4 weeks.

Preorders cannot be cancelled. Should your package not arrive within 3 - 4 weeks either a 50% discount on a next order or a full refund can be requested. Should you be unhappy with the giftset, you may return same within 7 days. See our returns policy.
