All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary depending on availability, and we are not liable for delays due to courier delays or unforeseeable events beyond our control.

 

Refunds/Returns Policy

Refunds will be issued to the sender/purchaser, not the gift recipient. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours, by email, of receiving the parcel. After 48 hours, items will be considered received in good working order. Customers may return products within 7 days if not satisfied with same BUT products MUST be in full working condition, original packaging and in good order. Should products be returned damaged, used or broken, the purchaser will be charged. After 7 days all items will be considered sold and final. Send refund requests to orders@giftoflove.co.za 

 

Pricing and Availability

Prices are subject to change without prior notice and are valid while stocks last.

 

Delivery

Processing of gift items can take up to 12 business days. We deliver from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays. Delivery costs are extra and indicated in the "Total Cost."

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect information provided at checkout. Please ensure the recipient is available during public holidays to avoid issues.

 

Personalization of Items

Full payment is required before production can begin on personalized items. Cancellation of personalized orders that have entered production cannot be returned or refunded.
